Jason specializes in weight loss, training athletes to achieve peak performance, calisthenics, body building, and plyometrics with women and men with a variety of body types.
JOSHUA SCHNUR
Certifications: Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Kinesiology. NSCA Certified Trainer. Internship with Tampa General Hospital in Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Master Level Trainer

After a football injury early in his college career, Josh started to focus on training others. Josh has trained both women’s and men’s basketball teams, volleyball teams, tennis, track and field. softball and baseball teams, many at the championship level. Josh not only works with young athletes, but he also specializes in working with older populations. Josh enjoys football, baseball and hockey, has a beautiful wife, 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
